1 lump of sugar
1 jigger of applejack
Hot water
Garnish: fresh nutmeg

Preparation

  1. In a warmed glass, combine baked apple or applesauce with lump of sugar and jigger of applejack. Fill the glass with hot water and stir the drink well. Sprinkle the top with a grinding of fresh nutmeg.
