Asian Cilantro Sauce

Ingredients

2 cups loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Pinch of red pepper flakes

Preparation

  1. In a blender, purée the cilantro leaves, canola oil, 2 tablespoons water, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
