Preparation

  1. Prepare the burgers, mushrooms, peppers, and onions as in the master recipe, #116. To assemble, stack the burgers covered with smoked Gouda on the bun bottoms and top with the sautéed mushrooms and red bell peppers and the garlic bun tops.
