Ingredients

5 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup water, plus more if needed
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Preparation

    In a blender, purƩe blueberries with the water, sugar, and lemon juice. Strain mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl, pressing to release as much liquid as possible; discard solids. Add water if needed to yield 3 cups.

    Step 2

    Divide among ten 2Ā 1/2-ounce ice pop molds. Insert wooden sticks and freeze until solid, about 4 hours (or up to 1 week). To remove, dip bottom of molds in warm water 2 to 3 seconds.
