Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 4 1/2-pound whole roasting chickens
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. Step 1
