1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
2 ounces port
2 ice cubes
Club soda
1 tablespoon brandy
Nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Put sugar into an 8-ounce tumbler and add enough water to dissolve. Add the port and ice cubes and fill with club soda. Float the brandy on top, and dust with grated nutmeg.
