4 rosemary sprigs
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 pinch each of salt and pepper

Preparation

    Bring honey, butter, 1 rosemary sprig, and a pinch each of salt and pepper to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes before serving.
