CHICKEN ALFREDO IN A CRISPY BREAD LOAF

Ingredients

3 Cloves Garlic
2 Chicken Breasts skinned/boned
6 oz parmesan cheese
16 oz penne or fetucinni
Cajun seasoning
1 stick butter
2 tsp butter for sauteing chicken
1 cup heavy cream
1 bread loaf-semolina or italian bread

Preparation

  1. Cut bread loaf in half and place on cookie sheet

    cook in oven on 300 till crispy

    While that is in the oven start preparing the cajun chicken alfredo

    chop 3-4 cloves garlic-set aside

    start boiling your water for the noodles (when your water is boiling add 1 tsp olive oil and 1 Table spoon salt)

    warm your skillet for chicken

    cut chicken into strips

    put 2 tsp butter in skillet when that is melted add cajun seasoning until pan is lightly covered in seasoning.

    add chicken strips to skillet and cover the top of strips with cajun seasoning. when you can see whitening of chicken on the sides turn chicken over. cook chicken until white and tender.

    noodles should be done at this time drain

    place chicken from skillet into pot where the noodles were add drained noodles

    now it is time to make your sauce

    but check your bread it may be done if and when it is done take the middle out of the bread to make a sort of boat

    take 1 cup heavy cream and microwave about 2 mins depending on your microwave

    add garlic and butter in noodle chicken mix. when your heavy cream is done pour in pot as well. now add your parmesan and stir well. stir until cheese gets gooey and melted.

    now place chicken alfredo into the bread center top with cajun seasoning for color
