Ingredients

2 cups lightly toasted unsalted shelled peanuts
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 tablespoon baking soda

Preparation

  1. Step 1

Immediately pour out onto prepared baking sheet. Spread out brittle in even layer. Let stand until cold and hard.

    Step 2
