Recipe information

  • Yield

    6 servings

Ingredients

Add

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 teaspoons hot sauce, such as Tabasco
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 pound macaroni, cooked al dente

Preparation

  1. Prepare the stoup as in the master recipe, #24, adding meat to the pot with the oil before you add the peppers. Cook over medium-high heat, crumbling the meat with a wooden spoon, then season with the hot sauce, Worcestershire, cumin, chili, and salt and pepper. Add the peppers and onions and proceed as above. Stir in the macaroni. Serve with the quesadillas.
